Tarator with Kaaya Kestenov yoghurt and parsley

Tarator with Chestnuts Yogurt and Parsley -250g

- chestnut yogurt - 180 gr

- parsley - 20-30 gr.

- cucumber - 40 g

- red onion - 5-10 g.

- 1 tsp. miso pate

- olive oil 1-2 tbsp

- walnuts - 10 g.

salt and pepper to taste

- boiled black / red beans - 20 g / optionally more protein /

Method of preparation.

Put in a bowl all the ingredients except the walnuts and beans. Blend with a blender or blender. Finally add the orchids and beans.
